Join us for Folk Singer/Guitar Duo, JC & Laney, this Friday Night on April 18th from 7:15 – 9:30 pm for an open mic performance.
JC Scott has written and published 5 CDs, and has played with musicians such as Arlo Guthrie, Lindsey Buckingham, and Kenny Loggins. Laney Greynolds was lead singer for “Saddletramp” from Scottsdale Arizona for twelve years. Their combined voices form their own Folksy Americana. Hard driving and bluesy songs come uniquely alive. Their stories and lyrics can be simple and direct, tongue in cheek, sometimes satirical, and sometimes deep.
JC & Laney is a one of a kind entertainment experience, some have described as a cross between a rock and a rose. They have performed at the Tucson and Flagstaff Folk Festivals, at a variety of venues around the Phoenix area, as well as previously here at the Flagstaff Folk Project. —–
